PT. DKSH Indonesia will expanding our Business Unit Performance Materials (Chemicals).

We invite professional and qualified candidates to fulfill the position below (in Jakarta):


Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales team in consolidating forecast for fast moving item or critical item
Creating PO, sending to the respective suppliers and internal counterpart (Finance, Logistic, Accounting) without delay after receiving purchase request form (1 working day)
Follow up on shipment details, ensuring the shipping schedule is accurate, and informing requestor without delay if suppliers could not fulfill the requested ETA
Checking shipping documents accuracy and then forward to Logistics without delay
Coordinate allocation of stock according to the forecast made of each sales person and coordinate with logistic person
Creating S/O and monitoring delivery to customers.
Coordinating with internal departments for delivery (Logistics, Finance), coordinating delivery between Surabaya and Jakarta
Responsible for sample order from supplier process, administration sample and coordinate with sales team for sample delivery to customer
Provide reports of PO and status to BL Manager when requested
Coordinate with Logistics checking the ordering pattern and trigger purchase request if the stock is running low.
Assist Logistics in providing necessary data for product registration purpose
Assist BL Manager to create presentation by providing sales data in coordination with Accounting

Job Requirements :

General Qualifications:

Excellent administrative, clerical, record keeping of files / data, computing skills such as Microsoft Offices
Fluency in English is critical
Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with the other departments in the company
Must have excellent customer service skills to enable in dealing politely and effectively with customer’s inquiries and complaints
High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and at the same time able to work as a team
Proactive, positive attitude, quality conscious, reliable, and attention to detail.
Intelligent, able to work under pressure and hard working

Specific Qualifications:

Candidate must possess S1 / D3 degree in Business Administrations from reputable university
Female, minimum age 27 years old
2 to 3 years’ work experiences in same position at similar industry is preferred
Familiar in export and import regulation is a must
Having SAP experience would be beneficial
